- Individual report: Provides each feedback recipient confidential results that includes numeric ratings and qualitative comments for each and every competency being evaluated
- Organizational report: Organizational reports that provide management with an overview of overall group issues. This data can be used to drive training initiatives and organizational development activities.
- Respondent Scores: For each respondent category (supervisor, peer, direct report and self), responses are averaged and means will be displayed.
