Organizational viability: Considers if the organization has the necessary expertise and infrastructure to develop the given venture idea and its impact on the people and all stakeholders.

Operational viability: Considers the timeline and resources required for implementation, its operations, manageability and sustainability.

Financial viability: Considers all aspects of costs that may include the time, budget and resources as well as any cost that may occur for infrastructure, support, training etc.
